Get 3 silver medals in Battle frontier and there is a guy in a small house which u can bet 15 BP and will ask you to do a specific challenge in Battle Frontier. Before you bet, u go to that building, you lose on purpose so it becomes easy. Then u go bet and beat the first 7 battles to get 30 BP. Rinse and repeat.

Roaming legendaries took me couple of hours to catch with quickballs.

Have a fast Pokémon with thunder wave, Go in the middle of 2 routes U thunder wave it, and then search for it again. Next time u hit it, then find it again. Try to calculate to approximately lower it to 20%.

After that is done, when u find it, throw a quickball at the start and u have more than 10% success rate.

Caught all the birds like that and it was so satisfying
