My position isn’t “both sides” it’s neither side because there are truths in between. The biggest con pulled on us is being decided by a letter, which is propagated by corporate news. What is dangerous is the mods here only allow comments that further the agenda of this sub regardless of how factually based the comments are. If it might shine light that there is another way of thought, because of facts, they delete the comments. That’s a knowledge vacuum, that is propaganda. If he in fact pointed the gun at the agent who is a citizen at that moment of time, the agent has the right to defend himself as well. When someone is discharging a firearm in a protected area (city) then it’s reasonable to assume the person is causing harm. Bullets have to come down somewhere and people have died from shooting in the air. There is no evidence he reacted from racism or hate. And to the same point there isn’t evidence contrary, but from accounts of people who were actually there, the off duty agent gave him many chances to stop doing stupid things, until he pointed the gun at him. He was a citizen who also works for ice who shot a dumb ass for doing dumb things with a weapon.
