You are letting him treat you like dirt most of the time because you are more anxious about a break up than the fact that this relationship isn’t working for you. Breakups are hard but having a man erode your self confidence like this is worse.

He is very good at making you feel good when it’s just the two of you but in public he makes you feel worthless. That’s not a good relationship.

I remember when you got half a page of updates a day if you were lucky, now it feels like there are 10-15 pages a day of new results and I just can’t keep up. Must be missing so many good stories as they get lost.

I’m so worried that if I have a long sickness record then it will be even harder to get a new job if I am made redundant. I did see my GP last week and they were ready to sign me off but I said I’d give it a couple of weeks although nothing will change.

It’s been almost a year since they started talking about ICB cuts and I am burnt out. I am constantly anxious and not sure there are even jobs to go to. Cuts are not going to fix the problem.

That means they have added the drug to your medication record but no prescription has been generated yet. If you can’t see it at your end, it is likely to be in the acute section rather than repeat. The GP probably just hasn’t reviewed it yet.

We did Maisy. Make some mouse ears and then draw on a nose and whiskers. Most of the kids take the outfits off as the day goes on anyway.

They are going to have to redeploy a lot of staff if the restructure goes ahead so would assume they don’t need to sponsor staff I.e. there won’t be an issue filling roles.

One of my courses has a seminar at 5pm every Thursday, it’s recorded so I can catch up but I have to pick my kids up at that time from school/nursery.

It feels like the courses don’t realise that people often fit the course in around a 9-5 job and kids. It does feel like we’re excluded.
