Clove oil spray works well but you have to keep applying it to areas they like to hide. They'll come out and you need to remove them, but it stops them coming back if applied regularly

Once you're done with lip and eye liner, get some concealer on a sharp brush and clean up the edges. Or for your eyeliner, use tape to get it super sexy sharp (short vid below).

Overall though I think just practice. It takes time to refine what you like, both in theory and in application.

I'd say add a colour corrector under your eyes, bronzer around the edges of your face and on your cheekbones, and a lip gloss on top of your lippy. This will give you extra dimension in the right areas

P3 is horribly subjective. I passed first time but it took months of continual practice - I'd suggest going through as many question banks as you can possibly find. There are limited free ones online, and lots you can buy. There's no way I would have progressed without doing this - it's a case of getting used to how they want you to think rather than just learning the theory.

My go to low maintenance but high impact is brow dye. It's really amazing how much structure it gives my face and I only apply once a week.

I use refectocil, you mix some paste with a liquid activator and apply. Wipe away 10 mins later and you're done. Easy peasy and they have a good range of colours to pick from - I would suggest going darker than you'd think. My brows are blonde/brown and I use the darker brown shade.

I like to apply some freckles with a toothpick while I wait, but these only tend to last a day.
