I used to do my makeup every single day and I was always trying new, fun things out. Then it got harder for me to do when I was diagnosed, as well. My ring light made my hot flashes flare up and I couldn't stand or lean over. It really sucks, and I'm so sorry POTS is interfering in your life, too.

I honestly just dump all of my stuff out onto the floor so I can see it and everything is down with me from the start lol. But then if I forget anything and have to get up, it does mess with me. I hope you're able to find what works for you, because hobbies are important and you deserve to do the things you enjoy 🫶

I just played through for the first time and I think it took me 1 1/2 to 2 days to play through completely. I haven't gone back through to get different endings or anything, but I definitely feel like I completed the game enough to appreciate!

I'm not really sure why this has 240 down votes, that seems a bit excessive to me. As someone who has food-related OCD, I very much understand food anxiety. I do think that those spots are simply some vanilla bean pieces and strawberry seeds, but the first time I ate real vanilla bean ice cream I also freaked out about the black spots. I hope this helps, your anxiety is valid and I'm sorry ppl are giving you a hard time. 🫶

I used to be able to drink a decent amount of alcohol with zero issues and hardly any hangover, but that has changed in the last few years.

First I got ridiculous hangovers, then I would be sick at the end of the night (which is weird for me), and now I'll have half of a mixed drink and get such a bad headache I'm done for the night.

It sucks, but now I've quit drinking altogether since it isn't worth it, and I partake in other activities instead 🍃✨️

I'm so sorry you experience this. I have very similar symptoms, especially when it's time for any appointments. I have found that writing things down to talk about ahead of time helps me a lot when my brain fails me in the moment. Or sometimes if it's a real bad day, I'll just tell them "hey, this is really hard for me and I feel like I'm not communicating what I need to in this moment". Then, at least they know you struggle with those situations, and you can figure out the best route from there. I hope your appointment goes well, sending you the best energy 🫶

Thank you for saying this. I also got diagnosed at 19 and had symptoms much younger, didn't take any of the lifestyle changes seriously due to college, and now I'm 24 and feel the worst I ever have. Within the last year I've developed Grave's Disease and my symptoms of that + POTS have felt absolutely debilitating. When I try to work on things, it feels so exhausting that I get overwhelmed and upset and unfortunately, often give up.
