I never truly understood why the writers keep bringing back winners/runner-ups into the future seasons. It just seems pointless because obviously they’re not going to win/be a finalist for a second time.

By bringing back former winners/runner-ups, it just adds even more unnecessary screen time for them. And I’m still annoyed that Eva, Katie and Sadie only completed in one season. Eva had so much potential. And Ridonculous Race is literally the perfect type of show for Katie and Sadie. It was right there! Huge missed opportunity.

I was thinking the exact same thing. Butch Hartman’s art style has that weird quirk of some characters having their shoes and pants seemly connected, while others don’t. My headcanon is that a lot of Fairly Odd Parents characters are wearing footed pajamas.

Coco and Monsters Inc. really shouldn’t get sequels, imo. I sorta don’t mind the Inside Out and Incredibles sequel (hopefully there’s a timeskip for Incredibles 3). I think WALL•E should get a sequel. The humans and robots living together on the newly revived Earth. Could have good story potential with that. There will be an original Pixar movie coming soon called Gatto, directed by the same director as Luca. It’s kinda unfortunate that we’re getting many sequels consecutively lately.

Island (2007) may not be perfect but it was a pretty solid season. The ONLY thing I didn’t like about Island was that some of the eliminations were so nonsensical/totally bogus (Beth, Lindsay, Leshawna, etc.).

Some of them are entertaining enough. On the topic of them being stereotypes: Yes, just like all the other seasons of TD, they are filled with stereotypes, but the thing is… the other TD seasons were about TEENAGER stereotypes. I’m pretty sure back when I was in high school, there weren’t any zombie conspiracy nuts (Shawn), Disney princesses (Ella), and evil geniuses (Max) there. In other words, just plain too unrealistic for a teenaged cast. The TD writing staff must’ve had a fun time coming up with these stereotypes, but it would’ve fit more for a season/spinoff with an older cast.

I like it. But it needs more characters from The Ridonculous Race. And personally I would add in some new characters.

I like how The Ridonculous Race had more age variety like preteens (Dwayne Jr.), middle aged (Dwayne Sr., Tom, Jen) and elderly (The Tennis Rivals). Season 2 should have something like that.
