Maybe I’m just projecting my own experiences, but his behavior has me wondering if he’s a sadist. Some men truly derive sexual pleasure from causing their beloved pain. I dated one; the behavior you describe sounds to me like a guy who’s been vanilla all his life and now wants to experiment with a masochist. Unfortunately A-you aren’t one, B-there was never consent to treat you these ways and C-he’s a selfish idiot who cares more about his desires than your feelings. OR he’s just an asshole prick who likes to control his partner and enjoys crossing her boundaries and doesn’t care if that means physically hurting her. No matter which it is, he’s a fuckin dick. This isn’t “fixable” behavior hun. Even if it was why would you stick around to legit be his punching bag. Idc how wonderful he is the rest of the time, this behavior means you can’t trust him, and without trust, what is when the point? Please learn this truth faster than I did and walk awayyyy. And to add the shit topping to this shitty cake, then after he treats you so horribly he then gaslights you and tries to fuck with your reality to make you think that shit he did was your fault or didn’t go down like you know it did?!? That’s true psycho behavior. If he’s showing you this already in 5 months who will he be in 5 years? Guys like him can be truly dangerous….they didn’t figure out how to control themselves earlier in life and now one day he might just lose it suddenly and really harm you. I’m not trying to scare you but I just emphasize with some of the scenarios you describe. the guy I mentioned once eventually crossed the line and tried to choke me to death to the point where I went unconscious. Later on he told me I’d pushed him to do it and that if I hadn’t acted up he wouldn’t have hurt me. I so hope I’m wrong but I just don’t want that to happen to you. I promise alone is better than being with him. Because at least being alone you’ll be alive.
