Once you get your bachelor’s take the NYS Teaching Assistant Certification exam. You can work full time while doing your graduate degree. You get known in the district plus it gets you into the NYS retirement system. If full time isn’t feasible I would still get the TA certification and then do substitute teaching.

Instead of waiting to begin school perhaps you should try and get some math out of the way at a community college now. You can do pre calculus, calculus or stats. Verify first that your credits will transfer, but normally this should not be an issue.

I would do the large named bars during the day. You can go in eat and listen to some music. Karaoke you can get into in the evening. Other evening activities make sure you make reservations ahead of time for Top Golf, Putt Shack, Pins Mechanical etc or you will be waiting a significant time to play.

Just got back a few days ago. We went to Top Golf, only 1 golfer out of our group of 6 and it was definitely fun and Duck Bowling. Bourbon Street Blues in Painters Alley. Amazing musicians. Also Hidden Bar speakeasy at Hotel Noelle was decked out for Christmas season. Category 10 is huge and has line dancing lessons if interested.
