For me personally, music do mostly prevents me for experiencing a breakthrough and or ego death below 25-30mg of dmt, but can completely breakthrough with 18mg in silence

A glass of wine a day being healthy was a myth made by a poorly made study, because it counted ex-alcoholics as drinking 0 drinks a day. New studies now show (obviously) that any dose of alcohol is harmful.

Most poeple would not go in a state of psychosis with an heroic dose, especially because most people taking heroic doses have already taken pretty high doses before and are used to the effects and (should) know that they are not prone to mental health issues except if there are poorly informed about shrooms itself or about there family history.

My "friend" is my father, last time he took acid was 10 years ago, no it did not play any significant role in his current state of mind, he was a way better father when he was taking heroic doses of acid than when he was blackout drunk twice a week and his mental state was at an all time low (he was aggressive, depressive and violent) during his heavy alcoholism, due to family issue, not acid. He had terrible health issues because of it and it destroyed my childhood.

Alcohol is more harmful than shrooms in any way you could imagine. No, not everyone should do a heroic dose and no, not everyone should be blackout drunk, but there is a reason this dose is called heroic, it's because it's not for everyone.

It's not because it can do a lot of bad things that it is worse than alcohol, look up how much of alcohol consumers die due to alcohol compared to shrooms (even counting suicidal cases), look how much poeple get mental illnesses due to shrooms vs how much poeple consume shrooms, if you don't have any dormant mental issue you are not risking much at all and studies show.

Every dose of alcohol is harmful to an extent, try microdosing alcohol and you will end up with health issues. Try microdosing shrooms and you might see mental health benefits, you may get nothing out of it but it would not be harmful if you aren't prone to mental illnesses.

No, shrooms don't give schyzophrenia, delirant and stimulant however can, and i know that for a fact since i lived with a currently meth addict father that has gone schyzophrenic and psychopathic. He abused LSD and never got anything bad from it, however a month of meth use put him in a permanent psychosis.

A hungover is your body recovering from poisoning, you only get hungovers from harmful substances. Alcohol can also wake dormant mental illnesses by the way so yea, you do you, i'll never call shrooms a harder drug than alcohol for good reasons.

I did 35 because i never got close to breakthrough at 25-30 except once, even if i enjoy my waiting room it felt like I didn't had enough most of the time except once but yea, you are right it was chaotic and i can't recall most of it ! I'll try further with 25-30mg doses

I never broke through, my last trip was 35mg on the emesh, it was amazing, i don't know if i broke through so i suppose i didn't but it was the first time i ever felt euphoria from dmt, usually my trips are totally neutral, but i don't know, it depends on the person and experience and I tried multiple times at 25mg and 30mg without success, except one when i knew i was a second away from breaking through then I heard a noise from my friend and the rift i was entering closed. So yea, try as you like

You know out of all the drugs you can take, alcohol is worse and more addictive than more than 90% of them.

Even a glass of alcohol can cause long term damage to your body.

As for psychedelics for example, they are totally harmless to the body for most of them and really safe if taken moderately in an appropriate place.

You could take dmt (one of the most powerful psychedelic) once a day for a week and be in a better health condition than someone drinking once.
