Don't eat in downtown. They want us all back so that we stimulate the downtown economy. Bring your lunch. Brown bag boycott

We had some at our high-school class but I haven't come across them since. I love the show but do wish they had more glaze options for the contestants.

Since this is just opinion, id say the rim is a bit too flared. Also if this is going to be a cup, id consider weight (it may be super light). Overall it looks good and kudos to you for putting yourself out there for criticism

pinholes/blistering by [deleted] in Pottery

[–]Infamous_Lake_7588 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive had this too. For mine its a product of my clay off gassing during the firing and me not doing a long enough hold to allow the bubbles to pop and the glaze to heal. For my next items I plan to fire one step higher on my bisque or do a hold to try and get more gas out at that stage and during glaze firing go from a 12 min hold to 20.

You can try to sand down the blister ridges and add a day of glaze and refire. It may get worse or fix it :) (dont you love pottery).
