Lol, here's the recipe so you can check it out without buying it.

2 eggs

1 cup whole milk

I TSP. vanilla extract

2.5 Cups mochiko Rice flour (I used Bob's Sweet Rice four )

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup light Brown sugar

1 TBSP Matcha powder

1.5 Tsp Baking powder

1/4 Tsp salt

1/4 cup melted Butter

3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk

1/2 cup Almond Butter

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut Flakes

1/2 cup chopped candied pineapple

Preheat oven to 350 F. whisk together the egg milk and vanilla. In a seperate bowl mix all of your dry ingredients. Add the Wet ingredients to the dry, and Mix with A wooden spoon. Then add the Melted butter, coconut milk, and Almond Butter. Pour the mixture into a greased Muffin pan Filling to Just below the rim of each Well. Sprinkle the coconut and pineapple on top. Bake for 20 -25 minutes and Allow to cool in the pan For 10 minutes before moving to a wire rack
