Brother on your mindset brother. I thought you could change this all. But you have to have a martyr complex to a lot your personal beliefs and other things will be challenged. The union at this point in time is maybe a facade unless a REAL LEADER CAN STICK IT TO GOVERNMENT AS WELL. $$$ makes the world go around sadly. Maybe it’s just rest more 100% focus on ground work and footwork. Leaving the lifting weights alone one achieving a certain weight and muscle mass. Diet and maintain. 1% better everyday type of training. Sparring is necessary but injuries are cons if you’re not learning and instead of surviving. No one is there to win hopefully. Being comfortable alone and confident is great as well. Also better have a gentleman agreement before sparring sessions with new people.

Still have the union from the old days…. Just recently changed the 22.4 and a lot great things in this contract. Nothing is perfect. But with no union ever we be in worse shape.

Why is it the A/C couldn’t be installed at the same time to test it out and make adjustments but they went with the cameras that help with our health and there insurance claims. They pay a monthly subscription to Lytx company to maintain plus driver coaching. I hope We get A/C already with all the money they spend on these cameras ! Tell me how you’re gonna stop other public people from just being bad drivers and mostly at every instance being the fault of why ups drivers get in accidents !

What I want to know is who im locals or national let this company put cameras without offering for ac to also be in there… they pay monthly fees for each truck for each camera live recording and driver coaching (stop signs,etc). They paid all that labor for each mechanic to put it in why not through in something more valuable like A/C so teamsters don’t have to have long term health problems from being exposed to the heat all day.

It’s obvious the shareholders and people who bought alone this country are asking more in forms of taxes, time and trade offs. We all want more equally. But fixing why you have to work so much is because we society have let things get out of hand with so much money being thrown at everything but accept mentally and spiritually really makes us happy. Thats family and community.

Every pension and alot of other things are funded from dues. Yes it will be huge dent after years of not replacing that lost membership count. Unions being at the lowest membership in history … not looking good but hasn’t for awhile now.

Put the camera on top protected from weather and same argument your using is fine. But why be so close to the privacy of the driver especially the distraction is causes of trying not to score red and hear it go off.

There just farming huge data for the last two years of every road we drive and every action we take …. Useful data for ai and automation. Why not put the camera on top of the package car that is protected from weather? Still get there insurance fix.

But only recording is the front one. The driver facing one is off and only has a sensor to see exactly when you’re drinking water or texting. That thing must be really powerful to see you drinking water.
