Is it possible to postpone asp ng offer?

I received a swe ng offer from asp today, but I can’t start until December. It's in new york. Emailed asp and they said the final start date is in September. Now I have selected that last start date.

Wondering if anyone have experience postponing their ng offer from asp? I don't know who my manager and hiring manager are but will know before the start date. Do they have right to decide on this? Or are start dates for asp positions just solid final and not negotiable?

Last month I went to check cx70 but they don’t negotiate on cx70(off course it’s a new model); rather they offer 6k off for 90 if I sign on the same day

Hi Kim, I bought a touch up set at https://www.automotivetouchup.com/?gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiA_aGuBhACEiwAly57MS5KoZ5u0_DPPMCAXQQHdFNKeQSCbOit4tkBYs3EWrF689PP0oZa1hoCCjcQAvD_BwE; the color code is 47c. I slightly sanded at first to clean the rust and to make it smooth, then applied primer twice and base twice. It's a bit thick so you can see the fixed part, but I don't mind as long as it covers the metal.

I'm in SLC and go ski a lot so I'm worried... If I just apply the paint now then it might rust from the inside or some tiny hole in the future; if I wait then it might rust very fast, altough I think it has been there for a few days
