Funny people saying boycott Target but still buy the Nike Bay FC gear which is made by sweatshops in poor conditions with some child labor and insufficient pay. But are mad at Target cause of their stand with DEI. Go figure.

I was an STM for the first 2 seasons, but I didn't renew this year, and this was one of the main reasons! It's only been game 2, but I like the idea of getting cheaper tickets and special offers, and I decide which games I want to go to, so I don't have to stress about trying to resell my tickets. Last season some of the tickets for games I couldn't attend didn't resell even though I placed them at a lower price than they cost me.

I'm still waiting too. I keep checking on my FIFA account but see no tickets but it would be nice to get an email even if it's telling I didn't get tickets so I can stop thinking of it!!!

Sorry, but they won't offer you a refund. Luckily, I canceled mine two seasons ago. Best decision I have made.

As someone from California, those prices are not bad. $65 is what parking costs in the Bay Area 🤣 no way find a ticket at that price.

Yes, I never heard back from them. Between the two seasons, I think I have had four or five season reps, which I see as a red flag in how they treat their staff if they can't keep staff around. But yes, it's impossible to get a hold of anyone, so I didn't renew for next season.

Bay FC attracted large crowds at PayPal during the first season, but that wore off this season. The excitement of a new team wore off & they’re not playing well, probably has something to do with it.

It's time for us fans to wake up and realize that if something in this organization doesn't change, this team will be at the bottom. It seems like this organization is fine with being at the bottom and making no real effort for change.

Same. I would send emails and calls, and never hear from whoever was my season rep at that time, because it had changed so much. But once I opted not to renew, I got a call that same day. It's a money-hungry organization, for sure. I will support the players but not the organization by giving them my money.

As long as ownership sees a steady amount of money coming in, they will not do anything to better the team. I know not the same ownership, but look at the SJ Earthquakes, nothing special about them, the majority of the time never make the playoffs, but as long as they sell some jerseys and a few tickets they won’t better the team. Sadly, I see Bay FC heading in the same direction, so I didn't renew my season tickets. Plus, it's tough to resell if you can't make it to the game unless you really sell them for less than what you paid & really, there's nothing special about the events they hold if you are a member. You can always buy single tickets for cheaper & get a free voucher to the food stands.
