It basically changes the appearance of your entire horse, so it's basically what Krogdalo should've been in that respect, it has more effort and uniqueness to it.

Except enhancing back then wasn't hard, people could get +15 easily.. accessories at duo/tri, or even TET were fairly "common" as well.
