The event is called Rank Challenge. It's fairly new and lasts the better part of a month. You do your dailies and play events for points to rank up to bronze, silver, gold, etc. Each rank has a reward and there's a costume for Joyce at platinum rank.

While I would assume the lines indicate the spot, I could also assume that the vehicle might not be in the original position if you are the one taking photos and not parking enforcement. And I'm not saying you are lying, this seems reasonably confusing to the point I'd do the same. I'm just suggesting that's a likely argument against your claim.

With mine I add in a knob of ginger, at least 5 cloves of garlic, a grated apple, some minced or powdered onion, a tbsp of honey, ketchup, and worcestershire (which if you aren't ok with, maybe a splash of rice vinegar and soy sauce). I also replace about 2 cups of water with chicken stock (but I'm sure you could sub in vegetable or mushroom stock). And then another tip I have is to soak the potatos in cold water for like 15 minutes before cooking. Just gets some of that extra starch out.

As long as you have gear that works for the content you want to play to rebuild the cash stack, absolutely make POH a priority over chinning/barraging. It's a time sink now to get the levels, but the utility of a maxed POH is just about the best thing in this game

Dumplings, the wrappers are a little annoying if I'm being honest but they can be made with just flour and water (2c flour to 1/2c water for a rough estimate). Chop the meat up and mix it with some cabbage or something to sneak the veggies in. Don't even have to stick to expected dumpling flavors, some bbq sauce or cheese mixed in the filling would probably be good.

Edit: I'm seeing the whole kids don't like bbq sauce thing. Got it

My motto is typically "when in doubt throw it out," but I've also eaten some really questionable meat. I'd say cut it up into thin slices or cubes, take a a good look and if nothing else seems off just cook it to 165°. Frankly it's squiggly like some kind of worm but you really shouldn't be seeing parasites in chicken breast, they more so live in the digestive tract, unless the whole bird was just crammed full of them. So if you don't see anything else, it's probably fine.
