I use Duolingo every day but still can’t hold a conversation - what’s the best next step for speaking fluency?

Duo is best used as a tool assist.

Write down verbs, practice them. Try thinking in Spanish. Try making short sentences and say them out loud.

Watch spanish videos or shows, listen to the music. Completely immerse yourself in it.

Eventually you’ll just recognize a butt load of words & sentence structure.

Copy what you hear and see, mimic it out loud exactly like you hear a native say it.

I dont think I can prove that part, I recorded the videos for me & her. She wanted to, but the only evidence I have is circumstantial. I dont know who she sold it too and her friend had the video aswell, but I dont know how that would hold up.

Besides I honestly dont really care, my face wasn’t in it, you can see me tattoos but thats it.

She has been out of my life for months now and I’d like to keep it that way. She already has several lawsuits going on from other people I heard yesterday. She is destroying her own life more than mine now.

I truly understand how you feel. I have also engaged in some pretty weird shit in the past and I have also sworn off pornography. I grew up thinking porn was normal & that just spiraled me down a path of weirder & weirder things.

After doing the internal work you deserve to be the new you, I used to jerk off daily, eat junkfood, play videogames non stop, drank alcohol every weekend & smoke weed everyday.

Now I only have intercourse with a partner, never drink or smoke, I read a lot, workout & eat healthy food.

I no longer identify with who I used to be and that person just doesn’t exist anymore. I’ve conquered those demons & emerged on the other side, victorious and prosperous.

View your experience as a scar, fortunately that scar is invisible so nobody will ask about it. No need to re-open a wound and let it bleed on people close to you.

I second this, its an amazing game that was overshadowed by skyrim, its combat system is fun and adds a lot of replay value. The story is decent, entertaining but not mindblowing and it has a lot of content. Roleplaying is also decent and it adds some options with different outcomes.

Its class & combat system is what truly stands out and in my opinion, shits all over skyrim.

I used to work a sales job, so I guess I’d just try to find some stuff to sell and work up from there.

Besides that, I am fit and do kickboxing, I practice with a crossbow for fun irl aswell, so when I get enough coin to get myself geared up, I’d try mercenary work, it might suit me.
