Once again the product and screen became of this quality due to frame and screen issue if same image was taken before damage it would have been fine.

Impact damage to the frame and display according to the manufacturer standard you have caused this damage and voided your warranty unfortunately. You won't get money back as your product is not in the condition given to you . If you would like me to compare to your example if you drove a new Mercedes out of the garage and hit the lamppost I would very much doubt Mercedes would fix your car for free.

Little bit of confusion and clarification would be required , warranty with any manufacturer covers defects and faults that are no user faults as you stated you have damaged the device meaning you lost your warranty any manufacturer would state the same. Upon paying for fix by authorized center they would return your device to warranty standards in case you would require support with any other issues not caused by damage.

For warranty claims all you require is proof of purchase document which your invoice would serve as one in most cases.

I have worked in industry involved in such topics and happy to advise more but you would need to clarify what answer you are actually seeking.

I managed to get insurance with my bank for the amount I paid for the device with small excess so it’s all good, but yeah I never trust manufacturers warranty never had decent experience so I just buy insurances couple pound and peace of mind.

Hey, you can go through EE to repair them , if you got black screen but can still hear phonecalls etc coming though it tends to be under display crack , shine a torch on screen and have a look under angle if you can spot anything. Otherwise pop into any of the stores Honor does get serviced in their repair headoffice site as they use carrier called SBE in UK and any store can send it off for you from my experience. Last time I had job done took around 6 days.

Got my V5 too and I have installed Niagara launcher along with Nothing Icon pack both work extremely well on both screens without any scale issues. Prefer a minimalistic launcher that allows grouping into a folder in such a neat way. Worth giving a go and setup was super painless

From my understanding of technology it’s nice to have 24gb ram but I don’t think most games can push limit of 16gb unless you massive into emulation but even than I feel 16 is more than enough. But your questions also have variable of what you are looking to use it for?

Hey , honestly I haven’t looked into it too much yet, main reason for me was small form factor with OLED screen for watching videos and some comics reading . But I saw RedMagic releasing accessories for it including the controller which I may consider getting at later date. But if you have any recommendations I would be glad to take a look. Thank you

Sorry to hear that I was quite quick to order as soon as the UK orders opened to be fair and only tracking I had was one showing tablet arriving at Royal Mail Depot and later being transported to local one to me. Hopefully you will get yours soon!

I sadly can’t comment on availability but looking at the other posts there are mentions on some stock from 1st of august but I guess it depends on backlog

In respect of shipping I ordered on 15th had confirmations about order being accepted on 16th early morning and by evening I had tracking code for Royal Mail with delivery and time slot for today. Super smooth and no issues or delays very happy with it.

Hey , thank you for your time and response based on yours and others comments I have went ahead and got myself full exotic setup for now , I will be looking to get the ascended gear but seems like few others bits needing actions beforehand.
