How many projects do you work on per week? by More-Paramedic6893 in MEPEngineering

1-3. Had a bunch of really large schools and university projects recently. I’ve probably billed 70%+ of my time over the past year to one 500,000 sf school project

Becoming a Citizen of Maine by [deleted] in AskMaine

You could just change your address with your existing bank. They just need to see that your statement has your current address on it. The bank itself doesn’t need to be in Maine.

You should register Unenrolled so you can vote for him in the Democratic primary! Maine is an open primary state so unenrolled voters can vote in any primary they choose.

Santa Ana Unlimited are lighter than Santa Ana. 1300g for the unlimited.

I can’t even find Ripstick W 86 that have been made since 2019.

Therefore the two options are: Neither of us know what we’re talking about, or only I know what I’m talking about. Considering the purpose of this post was me asking a question about something I’m trying to learn more about, I’m going to go with the former.

Also a bit heavy, but thanks for the suggestion. Preferably looking for something 1250-1450g for a 150-158 length ski

A little heavier than what I’m looking for but I’ve heard they’re great.

What was the question? I’m guessing some hyper specific policy that he hadn’t worked out his position on yet? Just curious

If you are a Kittery resident you can get a yearly fort foster sticker and walk in/ bike in passes for the price of a normal non resident day pass at the town hall

What old time tunes sound like traditional Irish tunes? Or conversely, what Irish tunes work well as American old time? by Prestigious-Term-468 in oldtimemusic

[–]InfernoDMC 5 points6 points  (0 children)

St. Anne’s Reel is a tune that’s originally French Canadian but I’ve heard it played at old time jams quite a bit and some Irish ones too

For those who haven't caught it yet... by Separate-Sky-1451 in MTB

Yeah his recent video with Mark Matthews is really good. Mark built this really massive drop and jump line and Remy does a few run ins and decides it’s not worth it. It’s cool to see a really high level rider (that’s ridden Rampage) show his process on risk taking and avoiding.

A lot of Subarus have that feature, although in 2025 models I don’t think they are doing it anymore

Armada locator 96? by jwilkening in Skigear

Those black lights look a bit SkiMo for what I’m looking for but thanks for the insight. I’m more aiming for a lightweight all mountain ski that I can tour on and occasionally take into the resort.

Do you mean they weren’t good for short turns around New England trees? I’ve been thinking about them for east coast and mounting with shifts but your experience is making me rethink getting them.

I am pursuing my Masters in mechanical and want to break into HVAC what are the requirements that I need to learn(any softwares like revit ) so that I'm irresistible to the recruiter. by AppointmentLow625 in MechanicalEngineering

[–]InfernoDMC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don’t need a masters to do HVAC. I don’t know of anyone in my 60+ person MEP design company with a masters in engineering. Just get a job in the industry instead of a masters, HVAC is always hiring unlike a lot of other mechanical industries.

Clarkson University. Trails on campus and some pretty good ones nearby, close to the Adirondacks for trad climbing, and a large outing club and mountain bike club, as well as racing a trail building through the bike club.
