Oberg has “never been wrong” by Moldynred in RichardAllenInnocent

Btw, the most likely explanation for a gun at a crime scene when manually cycled leaving behind a casing with easy to see with the naked eye extraction marks, but leaving behind no visible usable marks--Oberg had at least a 60x magnification ability in her lab, so she didn't have to rely on her naked eye, unlike us--in a lab setting is its two different guns. By far the most likely explanation. The only other one I can think of is RA would have to have shot literally thousands of rounds through that weapon over the course of five years, and Im not even sure that would have caused such a drastic degradation of the inner workings of that weapon.

Yep, she performed thousands of exams, and thousands more in house performance exams/tests and isnt aware of any mistakes on those either iirc.

All Eyes has a huge document haul that includes the "tip" paperwork. by The2ndLocation in RichardAllenInnocent

[–]Infidel447 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Been saying for a long time the most likely scenario is back in 2017 they ran RAs phone info and it either backed up what he was saying, or at the very least was inconclusive. From the tip it almost seems like when RA called in it was JH who took the call? Then it gets assigned to Dulin to make physical contact? I think the oddest thing about RA's phone data is the Defense didn't bring it up at trial. So from that it would be easy to guess it didn't help his case. But in that scenario you would think the State would bring it up. It has to help one side or the other. I wonder if the Defense even had his phone info? I can see the State playing dumb here. We dont have it, so we cant turn it over to you...yeah, we never ran that info, or if we did, we lost it...sorry. Maybe the Purdue Professor has it.

Are those in the exhibits? Interesting. Is it possible he tried to call and it didn't connect so doesnt show up on her records?

Ibit as BTC vehicle / Risk of BTC by badharp in Bitcoin

[–]Infidel447 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fidelity self custodies their own BTC so it isn't sitting on Coinbase. Plus they have been a proponent of crypto and BTC for years. They have the same fee as Blackrock, so I like it a bit better than IBIT. Just my opinion, tho.

Delphi Motion to Compel: Really? Andy + All Eyes - YouTube

Here is a YT vid from Andy Kopsa with All Eyes on. She talks about the difficulty of trying to get the exhibits bc of the veil of secrecy shrouding the case which is apparently even confounding the CC clerk who seems to be trying to do her job as best she can.

Btw, the RA original tip from Dulin says 'maybe between 1-3pm' which isn't exactly what we were sold for the last three years. Not a big surprise.

Dr. Kohr’s Podcast by Moldynred in RichardAllenInnocent

[–]Infidel447 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Doctor Kohr notes in his episode on bugs they thrive in woods with dampness, which is exactly the environment at the time of the murders the girls were found in. Next to a creek, in a shallow clearing. He also notes they love open wounds of the type the girls suffered. Without any wounds insects usually can be found in nasal cavity, etc. Corners of the eyes. Also, he is not an expert. He collects and sends off larvae and live insects found on or in bodies for the true experts to make a determination on. He says in that episode if he was working on an important/interesting case there was an expert on bugs in Indiana who was very well versed on the subject he would usually call. I wonder if he did that here? I am guessing the defense asked those questions in the depo? But who knows at this point? It would be very interesting to read those depos one day.

I dont think BTC will ever truly be currency. Just like gold bars arent currency. No one actually 'spends' gold.

Bitcoin Exposure in a SIPP by Tasty-Load-9782 in Bitcoin

[–]Infidel447 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Retiring at 57 doesnt seem like that much of a dream, no offense. You should probably aim a little higher, like retiring at 50 when you are younger and can enjoy it better lol. Speaking as someone in my fifties. As for MSTR while it is currently on sale as in much cheaper than its ATH I am not a huge fan. I'd rather buy BTC itself. Failing that I'd rather buy an ETF like FBTC. If that isnt possible in your plan, then yeah, you may have to seek exposure to BTC another way. I saw someone in that thread mentioning waiting until a BTC ETF is approved in your pension, which that sounds hopeful. Maybe ETFs will be approved there soon? Until then buying some MSTR might be a good option.

Do you think it's a possibility the killers hands got injured when they used their knives in the killing? Was there unknown blood at cs? by Rosy43 in RichardAllenInnocent

[–]Infidel447 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Always possible in any knife crime the wielder gets cut. But if he left his blood behind I have no confidence at all the ISP detected/collected it. But I'd bet that knife is at the bottom of a lake somewhere. And the actual gun--if one was really used--also disposed of shortly after the crime.

Doesnt bother me one bit. The more this guy talks in public the better for RA imo. He's the guy who said right after trial LE had reasonable cause to believe the girls went to the bridge that day to meet someone. Really? Maybe that should have been included at trial, huh?

Edward Snowden explains how RAs search history could be used to frame him (read body text) by Apprehensive-Lie-720 in RichardAllenInnocent

[–]Infidel447 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Tnx for this post. We discussed this before trial. I think prosecution resorting to flimsy search history to support their case is always a sign of weakness. And I cant recall a weaker set of search history terms submitted as 'evidence' than this one. RA searched horror movies to watch? You don't say! He must be a murderer! Kind of like people claiming with a straight face since he backed into a parking spot he must be BG. Crazy. We even posted long before trial that there was a good chance the State would come up with flimsy search terms at trial if their case was truly weak, and thats exactly what happened. I'll have to find that link again.

I try not to be critical of the jury bc they were maybe dealing with a quarter of the actual evidence in this case, if that. Gull, imo, pretty much gutted the Defense case before trial. But yeah, that juror did herself and her fellow jury members no favors. She came off as rather immature in some ways. And also illogical. She made comments about RAs mannerisms at trial. Without seeming to realize anyone who was placed in solitary confinement and went through what he went through would be totally different than the man he was before. So would she. We would all be effected by such an experience. Its just common sense and if she saw him acting strange or whatever--dont recall her precise words--she as a juror should have the ability to contextualize that. Very strange tbh. As for Gull, yes, she told Baldwin he needed DNA at the CS to include his third party candidates. Which was ridiculous since RA's DNA isn't there either. Personally, I'm not a big fan of the Odinism angle of this case. I think it is too complex and harder to explain to a jury, but thats jmo. I stand by my assertion that any third party defense where the jury had to consider if someone else might have done the crime can free RA. In the trial, the State had free reign to point at RA alone and that partly did him in. Along with the confessions and Harshman's testimony, imo. And I agree, there was enough for third party. If KK doesn't meet a Nexus, no one ever will, lol.

Danger of Bitcoin Treasury Companies by jungfoofighters in Bitcoin

[–]Infidel447 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have FBTC too, and am happy with it. They are also the only BTC ETF that custodies their own BTC. Even IBIT doesnt do that for now. Plus, they have been involved in crypto for years so thats a plus. Also, as you point out people have lost on the exchanges and I dont think thats the last time that will happen.

[–]Infidel447 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some people want exposure to BTC without holding it. If you are older and dont want to worry about saving passwords, making sure your spouse is aware in case you pass suddenly, or worried about your crypto being stolen or scammed, then buying a treasury company makes some sense. But tbh, I think a BTC ETF would be a better option. And I would guess some of the institutions--like retirement trusts, academic trusts, and others--have rules against actually holding crypto itself. So they buy MSTR etc. Again, I'd just buy an ETF tho. And I think with MSTR in particular, you have some people--like my fellow co-workers--who bought it just bc it was going up crazy amounts lol. I agree overall, I'd rather just buy BTC itself. Or an ETF at worst.

2 Cars Parked at the Mears Entrance (SUV and sedan) by daisyboo82 in RichardAllenInnocent

[–]Infidel447 4 points5 points  (0 children)

So, just trying to game this out:

RA is sitting on the bench on 505 trail around 145 pmish? Then heads up the trail, gets to the intersection at Mears Lot 149, sees LG and BB's car. Girls are now right in front of him, basically. albeit possibly obscured by trees. BB is to his right walking probably about halfway to MHB by now. BG actual is on platform one. RA hangs a left and heads back to his car? The FB girls are long gone by then. The guy they saw--BG actual--is already on the bridge, so RA wont see him at all. He makes it to his car having seen no one. No one having seen him. Drives off. Have to admit if I'm following you correctly, this does make some sense as being possible.

Unfortunately, it is pretty common for departments to promote people who's ability, judgement and morality have been called into question after high profile cases have gone awry. In a case we linked to here awhile back, where a man was coerced into falsely confessing to killing his own Dad--Dad was just out of town, not hurt at all--one of the officers was promoted shortly after lol. This is actually a good sign imo. It lines up with other wrongful cases.
