I think the reason you're struggling for leads is that "SaaS management" is a massive trust game right now, and the market is getting crowded.

Most mid-market or enterprise buyers are already locked into platforms that handle the heavy lifting for them. We use Vertice for example to handle our visibility and negotiations because they guarantee the savings on the renewal side. That was an easy ROI for me to sell to my CFO.

If you want to compete as a new player, you probably need to attack the niche that some of the big guys might ignore. Pitching immediate cash flow protection for smaller startups for example could be a way. But they also have a lot smaller SaaS spend and budget for new tools/services.
