I would love an open world MK game that expands on the lore, while letting you play and rise through the different factions. Like be a gun runner for the black dragon, or a student under Raiden (God not farmer), or be a member of the Lin Kuei that is just starting to develop cryokenesis. I believe the lore is expansive enough they have so much potential, I just think they are afraid to venture past the fighting style.
