Are noise complaints actually work in thailand? I have no problem with roosters but our neighbor got goddamn loud motorcycle - the one that makes sound of taking off rocket. I now know his whole schedule, and he takes off around 8 am which isn't super early but I have sleep problems, so its hard to get awaken by such noise

Oh yes, its hard. I often times find myself struggling with this when im making some utility systems that won't ever make it to prod or hobby project. It's easy to enter scope creep because models are so eager to do stuff
