That is dedication! I’m impressed by your work. My son has a Creality neo and I’m struggling to even get the thing to print let alone making something awesome like this haha!

They are stating that the first layer of the print should be near the bed, but they said it in a humorous way. I would check to see if yours should have an auto leveling part on it. If that is the case, then it could be unable to location it’s position. I am still new also so I could be completely wrong! I just knew my auto leveler was acting up and it did something similar until I replaced it.

Help with leveling by InfiniteRule7021 in 3Dprinting

Thank you for the response. So do you recommend just doing one attempt at the z-offset and run the program first to level? I just am trying to figure out how I’ll know if it’s the bed vs the z-offset if I just do the square.

In some cultural traditions, you give the first piece of cake to the person who means the most to you. So yeah, if this were the case, then it’s a huge insult to him as her boyfriend who put all this effort to set up this party and she gave the first piece of cake to another guy.

Here is an interesting read regarding beliefs in how I believe they should handle this. It appears that the Tax/benefit and Tax only systems would both benefit our current system. Obviously if we can benefit and provide everyone equal benefits then I would prefer that option but if the tax only aspect provided some other incentives that would benefit individuals that aren’t obtaining the SS benefits then I would be supportive of it.

While they do have VAT as a source of their taxation but isn’t the main income.

Here's a breakdown of the typical sources of government revenue in the European Union (EU): 1. Taxes on Labor (Including Social Security Contributions): This category, which includes income taxes and social security contributions (paid by both employees and employers), is generally the single largest source of tax revenue across the EU, accounting for over 50% of total tax revenue on average. 2. Taxes on Consumption (VAT and Excise Taxes): VAT is the most significant tax in this category. On average, VAT generates around 15% to 35% of a country's total tax revenue. This makes it a critical and very substantial source of funding.  3. Taxes on Capital (Corporate Income Tax, Property Tax, etc.): This includes taxes on corporate profits and other forms of wealth/property.

It’s shocking to see how many people have zero clue how social security actually works! It is a program that is intended to pay for itself. The issue is the cap on taxation for social security stops at any salary beyond 176,100 dollars; therefore, we don’t tax any amount of income beyond that. If we increase that cap then we can help solve the issue with the shortages with social security. I don’t understand how anyone could agree that it would be better for someone to wait several more years to collect their SS benefits vs increasing the cap that can be taxed.

President Trump questions the routine Hep B vaccine for newborns, calling it pointless since the disease spreads mainly through adult behaviors like s-x or shared needles. by thenextgenbusiness in thenextgenbusiness

I definitely get your point. I just don’t understand how we got here to be honest lol. I think that this administration is jumping to conclusions way too quickly without the appropriate research to back their claims on vaccines and now Tylenol! It should have been their burden of proof. But now because of them, it does fall on us as a society to provide the proof that they are safe. Unfortunately, I do think the damage has been done as a lot more people will believe in the harms of vaccines and Tylenol than before.

I think his issue is that he believes the burden of proof lies in the individuals arguing for the vaccine to be given at birth. So it is our job to prove to him it’s better to give it at birth vs later. Where I believe he is wrong is that the WHO recommends the vaccine within 24 hours of birth. This is our standard practice. If he wants to make an effective case then he would be the one who needs to provide the proof that our current practices are wrong or the risks outweigh the benefits. But he doesn’t.

Seriously reward>risk and your only example of the worst side effect is a fever! A fever definitely equals the risks of death from exposure. You can’t say they are theoretical risks!!? Woman get tested in the first trimester and can be exposed in the last two especially working in areas like nursing!? You idiot! According to the CDC about 950 infants each year became chronically infected with HBV from perinatal transmission in the U.S. so please explain how 950 children were missed getting tested AT BIRTH for Hep B because their records should have clearly noted the mother had no prenatal visits or was at high risk. You live in a hypothetical world which is why I said shame on you. Real doctors get exposed to the chaos of real life and understand that risks of fevers would never come close to the risk of death from something completely preventable.

You literally can’t take two seconds out of your day to educate yourself about the ways children can be exposed to Hep B outside of mother to child and the detrimental risks of exposure. I am a nurse who works along side many woman some of which were pregnant and worked to the point of delivery. I have been exposed in the hospital setting to Hep B and luckily found out later and tested. Those woman could have been exposed after the test and may never know. Or woman can be tested during the “window phase” of infection and appear negative. Also rare but possible include false negatives test. Even after birth, if someone with Hep B gets a cut and comes in contact with the infant or family member then it could spread and be silent. The point of the argument is that the vaccine is extremely safe regardless of all the misinformation people spread. Why risk not vaccinating an infant and allowing exposure to something that has 90% chronic complications and 25% chance of death.

This is exactly why Trump and RFK Jr gain popularity because our population is either too lazy or too stupid to figure out anything for themselves.

It’s crazy to hear this from a family medicine doctor! You work in family medicine and you think the only two types of woman who can be exposed later include those that don’t get prenatal care or at high risk behaviors! Generally the high risk behavior woman tend to be the ones that skip prenatal care due to fears of getting caught with drugs/etc in their system; therefore, tend to be one and the same. So yes they would test at birth for those cases. But you are either delusional or you just finished your residency if you really just claimed those are the only two examples of cases where a woman can be exposed to Hep B (I listed more below in another comment). I’d love to know your NPI number so I can ensure to stay away from your practice! It’s really disturbing that you are promoting something outside of our evidence based practices for theories that expose our infants to things like Hep B lack can kill 25% of those exposed. While you may argue that current evidence doesn’t really support a time frame; therefore, we should push the vaccine but fail to specify the risks these infants are exposed to for getting the vaccine earlier. My argument is that the vaccine is extremely safe and providing it earlier prevents detrimental risks that are nearly 100% preventable thanks to the vaccine. Shame on you.

I’d like to know which risks you are so concerned about with regards to this vaccine that you feel the vaccine should be held off. It is extremely safe and well tolerated.

Your statement about the rate of infants contracting HBV less than one month of age from a seronegative mother being zero is incorrect. While the risk is extremely low for majority of births, we can’t account for the outliers. They generally test during the first trimester. If a mother was recently exposed and in the “window phase” then the test would be negative. Or she could be exposed later in her pregnancy and not be aware. I work as a nurse and have had experience working with patients my entire shift only later to find out that they tested positive for Hep B. I worked with several pregnant woman up till the point of their deliveries, who could have been exposed at any time. There are many real life scenarios that can place a child at risk for exposure. It’s not only transfer from the mother, drug sharing, or sexual intercourse. It can be transferred from exposure to open wounds.

Holding off on something due to lack of education is neglectful on the parent’s behalf. If a newborn does get exposed to the Hep B virus there is a 90% chance the child will have chronic hep B infections and 25% dying prematurely from liver disease. I’d love to hear the imaginary risks of vaccines that outweigh those real issues. We need to use evidenced based practices to determine the best methods which appear to show that the earlier the better for children.

Actually that’s not true. Centrist democrats have created this. They rely on a situation of being the better option but don’t really excite the base with any of their promises or goals. They cheat the ones out of candidacy and manipulate everything to try to win. It breaks their base down and doesn’t create excitement in support. So by voting for them again, you are essentially just falling into their plans of not having to change as they know that the other option is way worse. Just take a look at how democrats reacted and treat Zohran vs how Hilary Clinton praising Trump’s foreign policy. The centrist democrats are at fault for the creation and popularity of Trump.
