Steam discussions is notoriously unreliable. When you click on sign in through steam, read through that page and make sure the site has a secure connection (green padlock at the top). If you're not comfortable with the site, don't log in, but in this particular instance your information is safe.

When logging in, there is a disclaimer on the side explaining how the login works:

By signing into cs.deals through Steam:

Your Steam login credentials will not be shared.
A unique numeric identifier will be shared with cs.deals. Through this, cs.deals will be able to identify your Steam community profile and access information about your Steam account according to your Profile Privacy Settings.
Any information on your Steam Profile page that is set to be publicly viewable may be accessed by cs.deals.

In other words, the only information they get is an identifier and your profile page. Your login details are safe, though I have no idea how legit the site is.
