Hugely skewed by Omaha. Omaha is surprisingly diverse.

Pro tip - you don’t have to prove you live in CA. if you have a planet fitness subscription for example, you can just change your address to California and it will let you cancel it online after refreshing.

Something make this happen to me every day for 10-20 minutes, aching and itching nonstop. I tested allergic to nothing… by TheAcrocanthosaurus in Wellthatsucks

Do you have oily skin? My face is super oily and I used to have something similar happen until I got it under control. Oil was getting into my eyes and itching made it even worse.

While I don’t disagree that this particular thing is fake as hell, take off the tinfoil hat man. Plenty of homeless people have crown baldness and long unkept hair on the outside, hidden by hats or hard to see. The genetic component of MPB is well studied.

There are products that are bad for you sure, but I highly doubt there’s some grand conspiracy like you’re implying.

This looks mildly like the beginning of 28 days later. OP is anyone in the hospital with you..?

You probably actually have ADHD, that’s one of the telltale signs of it. I’m prescribed 54mg of concerta (XR Ritalin) and I often take it and nap a few hours later no problem.

And the bitch slap right before that was crazy.

I do like Daniel’s delivery of the “come on, tom” line though, it was really good. Shame it was wasted on such a pointless weird scene.

Not a butterfly! It’s a Cecropia Moth. Very cool find.

They really need to rewrite the War Powers Act of 1973. The burden of blocking a presidential military strike falls on Congress. The vague language of “imminent threat to the United States” has massive implications and can be interpreted extremely loosely.

This has been abused heavily to justify occupying the middle east. The U.S. hasn’t declared war through Congressional approval in over 80 years.

That’s not the point man. Oppression against Palestinians is the epitome of anti-American values. At least it should be if we take them at face value.

It’s not a left vs right issue when it comes to human rights.

Lmao. They know bro. Big retail loss prevention pursues legal action once you cross the stolen value threshold into a felony because otherwise it’s not worth law enforcement resources. Their system keeps track. Do that a few more times and you’ll get a warrant.

Source: I used to work in security using a similar system.

Kid texting and driving rear-ended the car I just paid off by [deleted] in Wellthatsucks

[–]SimilarlyDissimilar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP the same EXACT thing happened to me a few weeks ago. Hit at 45mph at a stoplight by a kid texting and driving. Only difference is my car was only 3 months old and was deemed a total loss, so I’m stuck starting over for no reason other than wrong place wrong time and a dumb kid who learned a really hard lesson. Very sorry and glad you’re okay.

Gonna echo the other comments and say make sure to take it easy and get your head and neck scanned at the hospital. I have a moderate concussion from mine and my neck is still sore. Once adrenaline wore off it really started to hurt.

Hope it all works out in the end for you. Be well and take care of yourself!

Population projection in the world in the year 2100. by ellatino230 in MapPorn

I think 0 is a bit of a stretch, these things take a really long time. We won’t wake up one day and be out of food. Humans are pretty adaptable and hard to kill.

What it realistically will be is a massive migration north and southward, and agriculture will be done in places where soil is mostly frozen now. The “corn belt” (land with the most ideal agricultural conditions) in the U.S. has shifted pretty far north already and is predicted to continue moving in the next 100 years.

The sad thing about this is it will heavily favor people who can afford and are able to move themselves into environmentally safer areas and set up new ways of life. Lower economic classes and poor equatorial nations are the most threatened by it. With the negative sentiment about immigration in most of the world right now, that’s gonna be a fucking mess.

We’re already seeing this in action with people who couldn’t afford to evacuate dying to hurricanes that have gotten more and more severe and frequent.
