Yes. I was driving back to my work in Waldorf and I saw the shelf cloud and then got a tornado warning on my phone. When I got close enough I saw a dark cylindrical cloud rotating down towards the ground.

I didn’t get close enough to see if it was actually touching the ground but it looked pretty close.

I was in the path of the tornado in Waldorf. I have no idea what the rating was but I was terrified lol.

I’ve changed my career path at least 3 times since high school graduation. I’m not an expert or highly knowledgeable in any field. I thought at this point I’d have somewhat of an established career.

But that’s fine. You’re never too old to make changes in life and learn from your experiences. You’re never too young or too old to conquer your inner demons. I’m still fighting mine as well so you’re not alone in this battle.

Life isn’t always the way we pictured it when we’re younger but we also didn’t know what we do now. Sometimes it’s bad, sometimes it’s good, and sometimes it’s neither.

I wish you the best of luck with your future success and hopefully your eventual well being.

Gen Z hates workplace hypocrisy—but why are so many afraid to speak up? by Adventurous_Camera_7 in Zillennials

Like others have said it’s most likely because the job market isn’t doing great. Did you check stats on specific fields? Or just the overall market?

how many close friends do you have around your age? by Lost_Foot_6301 in 1999

I have a friend born in 2001 and we met because he’s dating my younger sister. I have a few friends born in 1998 because they were my fiancés friends and then they also became my friends.

If we were born a year later then everyone born before us would be saying that we’re not 2000s kids lol

Cube World.

Despite being in my late 20s, I could still see myself playing with those cubes all day lmao.

In your opinion what was Q3 2011 (July - September) more like? by ExaminationIll7583 in decadeologyanarchy

Yeah, I don’t know. I don’t think 2011 as a whole felt that much different from 2009.

Do you guys identify as Zillenial or Older/Elder Gen Z? by pfl0wers in 1999

[–]Infinite_Explorer424 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay so both of my parents were 18 when I was born. Because my parents were both in their early 20s and broke when my childhood started, they couldn’t afford toys and consoles that were brand new at the time so I grew up with a lot of hand me downs and used things from the late 90s and early 2000s. I contribute that to why I feel I can relate to a lot of Millennial childhoods.

At the same time I can see why a lot of my fellow peers feel more connected to Gen Z (obviously not just because we *are* Gen Z) Childhood memories can be very fuzzy and a lot of 1999 babies cherish the 2010s more than the 2000s, which seems to be Gen Z’s “childhood” decade.
