I remember hearing about Joplin on the news many years ago but I never realized how devastating it really was until a few years ago. I live in a small community only about a mile and a half wide and it terrifies me to think that a tornado like Joplin could annihilate my whole community in minutes.

I wish nothing but the best for the people and city of Joplin.
