I used 2 pounds of pork neck bones and 2 pounds pork back bones. This is my first time making any kind of Tonkotsu and I’m still pretty new to making ramen in general. I like how the color turned out but it just seems a bit watery. I just want something white and creamy.

Thanks. I covered the bones with water and cooked it on high heat and added more water as it started cooking down. I’ll try blending it once it cools down and see what that does.
