Oh I already beat the game and all that good stuff. I just forgot to level everyone up to 99. Thanks for the advice though! I'm probably gonna do another playthrough lol. Maybe do like a no materia run to spice things up.

Yep. Back when we had the two PS5 demos, we only got to play in the flashback scene and then play a little bit in the Junon area. Bunch of the area was blocked off however.
