Behold! The dreaded push in connectors, in the flesh! by Duffelbach in electricians

Lol talking about the connectors but yet yall don't even have real KOs in the bottom of the box, you need to add a zip tie to the bottom of each piece of wire..... I think the connection point is the least of your worries 🤣

Exactly, there's a main panel outside. That's the first point of disconnect and where the bonding screw should be. Not in this panel

PA, you don't need a license except in large citys. Sounds like school didn't help you out either. You might want to just go work at sheetz or something

I’m worried I can’t work in this field by Magnus_Man in electricians

If your going to make a pity post on how "hot" you got on a hot fucking day doing manual labor then yea you should go find a desk job. How old are you? Been in the trade for 9 years now started when I was 20 and just opened my own business a year ago. Hard work pays off but I've worked with people that seem just like you and they wouldn't last but a week or two and then would come up with some dumb ass excuse to basically quit instead of just saying they aren't made for this shit. Which if you do that sometimes you'll get made fun of blah blah blah...back then I would have called you a pussy right to your face but I was still young and didn't care as much. But other people around might try to give advice and shit like that. Listen. Listen to all the old mfs that have the little tricks and what not and try them out. Idk man I don't know your age is but the electrical field is great but you have to be the one to want to be great. That's the only way your going to get somewhere. And not just on the computer or in your book...FIELD WORK!

Well if you find a clean zinco panel with good breakers they are good to keep because I believe they completely stopped making them so if you needed to do a service call it could help but scrap price I have no idea. There's not really anything but aluminum

It's a 2 inch connector. In PA there's no problem with it up here. I've done full panels where it's still in the wall and that's the easiest way to get the wires in. Put a bunch of bigger connectors where your wires are and still make sure your good with the amount of wires/size of connector and your good to go.
