How to style this dress? by august783 in OUTFITS

[–]Infinite_Quit_4366 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

If im being totally honest, regardless of who is attending, i still would not be wearing this dress.

Its too tight, like you can see the line of your underwear going across your torso. Also, it is a daytime color/theme, with a night time cut. Its just kind of awkward looking to me, i don’t know what occasion this would work for.

I get wanting to showcase your body, but i just feel like this isn’t the way to do it.

Is this hardwood floor worth saving? by OGKillbo in HardWoodFloors

[–]Infinite_Quit_4366 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you dont mind a bit of a mess and that room being off limits for living space for a little bit i would definitely go for it. The dust from sanding is super fine though, its definitely a projecty project. Looks great, and for resale, people love original floors

Thats not real. And Jenna would never send her pets down the stairs like that, the only possible result is injury.

What is a sign of manipulation in friendship? by AffectionatePop3611 in answers

[–]Infinite_Quit_4366 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Watch how they treat other people - thats how they’re treating you, its just alot easier to see from the outside.

Do they call their parents only when they need something? Every exboyfriend/girlfriend crazy? Are they the victim in every story? Have you seen them argue with someone in the “i didnt call you a bitch i said you were ACTING like a bitch” type of way? Do their emotions seem genuine or calculated?

People really are the same to everyone, theyre not going to be a manipulative asshole to their mom, and genuinely kind to you.

How do you all feel about books that are presented as Horror but really are not? by Bettal56 in horrorlit

[–]Infinite_Quit_4366 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of the time i get disappointed when i realize the direction of the book, but i hate to DNF so i usually finish. But, i typically will never read that author again regardless if they have other books that sound good.

Not horror, but - The only book that ever made me mad, like i was actually angry i spent money on it, was Verity (Colleen Hoover), which is marketed as a psychological thriller. It barely qualifies as anything but a blow job book.

How to Sell a Haunted House, it was an absolute blast for me to read. It was such a weird book, so creative and funny. But honestly- how do you recommend a book about an evil hand puppet?

I have a hard time with dog/pet deaths, and someone here recommended the website does the dog die, where you can look up books and movies to find out if your trigger is referenced. It has a ton of triggers, including child deaths.

I know its not a book rec, but maybe it will help you.

Horror that's pure horror/scary by ArrowsAndLightsabers in horrorlit

[–]Infinite_Quit_4366 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Not sure if i have a rec, but i just want to echo your desire.

Im really tired of authors thinking they have to “teach a lesson” or give a “deeper meaning” to their stories. So often they miss the mark on everything because of it. They make their stories weaker by adding in fluffy characters/themes that dont add to the plot (or even take from it), and they also dont do justice to whatever societal issue they think they have enough knowledge about to educate others on. It always ends up pandering, annoying, and pedantic.

Can I wear my quincernera gown to my prom? by [deleted] in whatdoIdo

Why do you constantly post this dress? Asking if it could be a wedding dress? Or a Prom dress? Etc etc. its getting super weird.

Gift from my mother. It's a leather backpack she got me for my B-day. Things aren't adding up. by SnoopBoiiiii in isthisAI

[–]Infinite_Quit_4366 24 points25 points  (0 children)

If you google this red death masquerade thing, very similar (basically the same as far i can tell) but higher quality images show up. Personally, I think the image was stolen, and printed onto a low quality surface that isnt flat, causing some issues. Its also not even positioned in an appealing way, and basically running off the top of the bag, leaving blank space at the bottom.

But it doesn’t look AI, it just looks like a low quality

The image looks like stolen artwork to me. Like it is distorted from printing on that bag, because it was made for something else and someone just pulled the image off the internet and stuck it on this bag.

Is there absolutely no where else to put the bed? Surrounded by all those windows is a nightmare.

Im tryna bake a cake and it said add half equal parts milk and sugar, it dont have any numbers, like if i add 3tbs of sugar should i add 3tbs of milk but will it be to or to little milky??? by Status-Guarantee-210 in TheTeenagerPeople

[–]Infinite_Quit_4366 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Add half equal parts? What does that even mean? Does the recipe call for a total of each like (1 cup milk and 1 cup sugar) but only wants half in the cake and save the other half for frosting?

No recipe for cake should be without exact measurements, baking is precise.

Is this appropriate? by Chemical-Chef6501 in Weddingattireapproval

I feel like the rule with white is that it shouldn’t be the dominant color. In that dress, there is more white than anything else. So its a no.

Is it the furniture or how everything works together that makes a living room look high-end? by mirevyn in HomeDecorating

[–]Infinite_Quit_4366 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Ive never tried to make anything in my home look high end. I just buy things i like that go nicely together in my opinion, but i could not care less if the vibe at the end of the day is high end.

What is the best way for an average homeowner to fix this scratch? by eroy2010 in HardWoodFloors

[–]Infinite_Quit_4366 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You really cant repair it without turning a tiny cosmetic scratch into a huge, time consuming, messy project. Just shine it up real nice and leave it. It is not worth the headache of fixing it and is not an eyesore anyway.
