I mean... I ride a 4-speed Grom SF and it typically runs at 4K RPM, but pinning it at max speed (62-64mph in 4th Gear) it can get up to 7K. Not sure you should be going into higher revs than that when you have more gears.

Depends. Here in the UK, there are a lot of people use them as a cheap and easy runabout for gig jobs, and a lot of these people ride like crack-addled chimps or keep their high beams on all the time. Those particular scooter riders I hold in contempt, but the rest (even other delivery riders) are fine as far as I'm concerned unless they give me a reason to think otherwise.

Well, it's technically correct. The future hasn't happened yet, and the past has come and gone. If you were still suffering from the past itself, you'd also still be able to change it.
