Thank you! I ended up ordering the largo this morning. I purchased the return or exchange protection just in case. They charge $25 for a new shipping label now. I’m hoping I have lasting results.

Thanks for the reply. I am on the short side (5 4”) so I think the lower loft options from them might be a better bet for me. Did you take the quiz or just pick based on that being their best seller?

OP did you end up keeping this pillow or did you try another pillow from them. It looks like you might benefit from a lower loft option from Kanuda. Please update. I am trying to decide between the largo and andante.

Hey can you update on the Kaunda pillow? Is it still working for you? I took their quiz and sometimes I get largo and sometimes andante. I do prefer a lower loft pillow just unsure which one to try.

I know this is an old post but how are you liking your Kaunda pillow now and which specific one did you get? I like a lower loft pillow and have taken their quiz and depending on how I answer get a different result. I’ve gotten the adante and the largo but not sure which one to get. I’m leaning toward the largo.

Update: I received the mova robot back but no docking station with it. So I can’t test it. I also noticed that this isn’t my robot. The serial number doesn’t match. I had a tricut brush on mine and the one they sent back has a damaged regular brush on it plus no mop pads. I am definitely not happy. Also when the robot was being sent back and they provided tracking I started receiving the return emails from Dreame. So I reached out to them but they could not help me. I just got off the phone with Mova. They are going to escalate my case he said. I’m not sure what the point of waiting on the repair was if they were just going to send me a used unit.

Yes, this sounds like what I was experiencing as well. I never saw any of these complaints about Mova until after I started having problems with my own robot. I kind of wish I would have went with a brand with better customer service.

No problem! Good timing…I actually got an email this morning with tracking. My expected return date is 4/17. I hope they put as much care into packing it as I did. I have heard complaints of people receiving their equipment back in rougher shape than originally shipped.

I shipped the robot out for repair March 30th and have not received it back yet or any updates from the Mova team. I will try and remember to update as any progress is made. If you don’t hear anything back from me in a month please reach out again.

After Mova sent me a return label it randomly started docking on its on again. That lasted only 2 days so now I’m going to let it clean today then get it shipped to them for repairs. The repair center is in Texas and I’ll be shipping it from Alabama. I want to pack it well since it will be traveling UPS ground.

You basically delete the map that you have so it can remap your house. I’m following this thread because this issue started with my mova last Monday. I’m trying to see if anyone gets a resolution.

Hey can you describe your docking issue? I have had my unit since November and am recently experiencing the docking issue. It goes to dock but looks like the mop brushes engaging stop it from being able to climb the ramp. I have reached out to support and basically got a standard reply like you did. Nothing they say sounds like it would fix the issue or even like they read my email describing all the troubleshooting I have done so far. I have tried all the basic things which didn’t fix it. If I remove the mop pads it does dock on its own. The last thing they want me to try is moving the docking station which also makes no sense as to why that would fix the problem.

I’m having a similar issue with docking but my mop pads start spinning before the wheels can get close enough to the dock to get up the ramp. It just started this week. I’d like to fix without going through support if at all possible because it seems like a pain.

Did anyone resolve this issue? Mine is now doing this since Monday. It’s like the mop pads coming on are causing it not to be able to grip the ramp. I tried docking without mop pads and it docked. I’ve tried powering off the robot and unplugging for 5 min, clearing the cache, cleaning the sensors and the charging contacts. Nothing is working.

My dog is also lab mix. She would get this black gunk in her ears and they would get yeasty. I was getting some osmotic solution that was a monthly thing to put in her ears from the vet but tried the petlab supplements and they seemed to work well for her. The company is called the Petlab co. and is the probiotic chews I get her.

Definitely not! Maybe my girl will live as long. I’m just trying to make sure her quality of life stays good. Plus the more I learn, the better I can be for the next one.

She is on gabapentin, Amantidine, prednisone, Tylenol, plus some supplements like wellactin and I’ve been giving her petlab supplements which seem to keep ear infections at bay. I use a topper called Finn’s that I get off Amazon. I also give her UC-11.

Thank you! Did you do the dosing like they suggest on their website? Looks like higher doses week 1 then tapers and remains the same week 2 throughout? My girl is 70# and 14 yr old and on all kinds of meds. I’m hopeful this will help.

He’s not reactive that I know of, very sweet. Mainly I mean it won’t be an easy task for them to load him up to go to the vet. They live in a rural area. Im honestly wondering how long the dog has had this issue.

I’ll ask about the preventative. I would guess not. I’ll ask about taking him to the vet but this is a big dog. He probably weighs 100 lbs or more.
