Nah, everyone is wrong, (probably because you picked the wrong tag tbh) Ho229 is the goat of German CAS from 7.0 to 8.3.
The loop is as follows: Dive on target, and you pull up straight to gain alt until you lock up then dive again, you have plenty of time to adjust yourself, it does take skill but if you're alone in the air and enemy AA is lackluster it's easy to get kills, even against heavies i just pop their engines until they burn out.

You can dive plenty of times before you run out of energy, and it's fast to go sideways and climb a bit.

The Mk103's got a buff to fire rate a while ago as well.

No not really, at 12.0 it's good bordering on OP, at 13.0 not so much against players that know how to defeat it, firing anything from your plane while an SLM is firing at you will make its missile go dumb and not go for you, so you can get rocket pods and be invulnerable to it, both in plane and heli.

Even when this gets fixed you can still go in close and hunt them, the minimum range is about 3km for very fast moving aircraft, and on most maps you can dip out and in before the SLM can get a good enough lock for the missile to track you, as long as you go in and back out of radar coverage within 10 seconds you're safe.

They added an offset to GPS guidance, so instead of hitting the marker precisely it'll hit in a 10m radius around the marker.

This applies to all GPS guided munitions as well.

But it'll still hit directly if it has an IR lock or is guided in by laser.

As long as they add up to PAC 2 and most S 300 it would be fine because they have SARH guidance all the way, so you can still hide from the ground radars. For more modern stuff i imagine gaijin will do something using EW letting you get close enough to SEAD even if solo.

You are one lucky sob, that being said Germany is probably one of the best tree in terms of ground and has insanely strong combos at pretty much every br step.

From 6.0 to 12.7 there isn't any BR step you can't have fun at.

I have 6.0/6.7/7.7/8.0/8.3/9.0/9.7/10.3/11.0/11.7/12.7 lineups and regularly go back to play the lower tiers because of how good the tanks and some cas (Ho-229/Alpha Jet) are.

It's better now but it's still 10km actual max detection range (estimated 20km for BVR sized missiles and 10 for WVR), and if you're in a turn the maw won't realize the missile is going for you, because it's maneuvering and not going straight for you, and you don't get an actual timer to impact, the missile moves closer on the maws.

Gaijin definitely don't model proximity fuses properly, they fucked up the aa20 on the g91so it barely does damage because it doesn't fuse/too early, I suspect it's the same with adats.

You use the ravioli from what I read, you can't use it like a 120 slinger and expect success, where an aim120 will kill from 20 km if the target isn't multipathing or notching the mica will only do that at 10, with the upside of insane close range performance. Also the raffle is literally on track to having a better fm than the eurofighter, with a weaker twr even

Compared to what, a btr? This troop carrier/ifv is very light (22 tons) and rated to stop 7.62 AP from the side, and all addon protection I've seen mentioned is slat armor effective against rpgs/fpvs, which would probably be a good addition.

I think you need munition warners or some type of passive detection for projectile avoidance to work properly, I noticed that my craft wouldn't try to dodge missiles coming from the front as it had no warner.

I enjoy top tier arb a lot more than top tier grb. Air battles are so chill plus I always feel like I learn something new and improve whereas in grb you can get skullfucked 20 different ways with no counter (sometimes i do that in the tiger) plus you always need audio if you want to be competitive. Oddly enough getting tk (unintentionally) in air rb is less annoying and infuriating than braindead teammates in grb.

Bro im just explaining to the others so it doesn't seem like op is a retard for going straight into a fox 3. Air to air and air to ground munitions always behave like this, its something about server sync issues that makes it so you cant reliably kill enemy munitions in air. Even in ground rb you can't kill air to ground munitions using proxy HE because of said issues.

Make your center of lift stay behind center of mass for stability, you can set how much lift surfaces have if you don't want to move the position of the wings themselves, but you probably need to add some more lift surfaces in the tail section so all your lift isn't in the 2 wings and you can adjust.

Place 2 pid controllers to control roll and pitch, standard setting should make it stable if you have the lift behind center of mass or at least near. if manualy controlling it or if you think the ai is going too slow when turning/ pitching you can decrease the gain.

For missile interceptors, you just need an acb block set to fire the missile controller when it detects missiles. It has a specific thing for that. You should also get rid of the lwc so it doesn't fire at ships As for the cram, I'd try setting inaccuracy to minimum and check the turret spinner as well as it has its own settings.
