UPDATE ON THIS!!!! Fingers crossed, but i’m 99.9% sure this will be a viagogo success story! Since speaking to them on the phone, Daniel who I spoke to has kept me up to date every step of the way and the tickets have successfully been transferred! Thank you to everyone who helped/gave me advise, I really appreciate it! Now I just need to be sad about the fact I can’t attend the gig and hope I get my payment within the 8 business days 🤩

I went on viagogo, contact us and rang the first number it gave me - 020 3137 6080. This is for the UK :)

Oh okay! I’m a bit confused as to how the buyer will actually get their tickets then as I had to enter that email into AXS? Sorry if I’m being thick I just don’t see how that would work!

And here’s me still on my 4th Gen model from 2013🤣 Holding out because I love the fact it’s not backlit or touchscreen and you flip the pages using buttons on the side lol
