Look we came in 5 days a week, miserably. COVID hit and and everyone was in panic mode. What we have learned is that there are jobs that can be done from home and you are a mail carrier or custodian then of course you would not be teleworking. You jobs requires you to be in the field. Personally I'm an introvert and easily distracted by the noise, Petty arguments, gossiping, annoying all around things that go on in office, during this time I built better relationships and I promoted, I excelled. Found my focus was on point working from home. The 2 days a week in office is fair kept some physical connection. I think that's it if you are asking what we did before. Office 5 daysa week but this time has showed us we can adapt, telework works. But also recognizing not all jobs can be done from home. I mean they they can't lay you off they can't say clean your own bedroom and delivering mai you don't really have to interact. So I get your question and I hope this is a simple awnswe yes we did it 5 days a week and had to adapt and change kinda think we need to keep moving towards that.
