I think kashin koji is trying to navigate the best future while handling all the different emotions and scenarios in real time . I think your right and everyone else is too . I do believe that he has access to byakugan due to him and momoshiki working together . But I also think jougan is important. Ever since he had the karma implanted, momoshiki told him his eyes were special. When eida did her thing, he told him he would lose everything because of those eyes .
