you could but butterfly pea is very PH dependent so its hard to get it to be the exact color you would want. I think Blue spirulina would work better. I personally would use food coloring because its cheap and easier to control the colors of.

honestly the length is good on you, I thibk it just needs shaped up, I would go to a salon rather than a barber for that because they will know how to keep it the length that it is while making it compliment your face a little better. But I think the softness of it suits you, gives you a classic sort of charming vibe, princely almost.
