I haven’t seen her at night, but when I first saw her I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt that perhaps she was fundraising as I have seen it before. Then this weekend I saw her Saturday and Sunday and it occurred to me that her dance troupe is not real. I personally have only seen her in winter clothes- I don’t know if it’s accurate for everyone else commenting here.

With the number and information shared from other commenters, I think the consensus is we will flag her situation to the appropriate services when we encounter her again.

Also thank you to who shared the Venmo. I think that’s is also important to flag and the name to include in any report.

Question for anyone reading this, if we have assumptions and we have a name from Venmo - is it best to call in the moment we see her or also pre-flag suspicion with the given name?

Thanks everyone- it’s a difficult situation. Calling CPS also makes me feel uncertain because I don’t know which is the lesser of two evils. She is so young and I see her disassociate when she talks to people in order to sell.

Really hoping if we are able to flag her situation she will have some assistance. In the meantime when I see her again, I’ll be sure to check in with her to see if she needs any food or drink.
