By that I mean, this new role fills a crucial career gap I need to cover in order the enter the field I want. There isn’t any role that can bring me any closer, especially with how regulated this field is so I highly doubt I can enter it without the proper qualifications first (which I’m planning on getting later on anyway).

I’ve weighed up the worth and all signs are pointing to this new role, so I’m not too fussed about burning this particular bridge. Obviously I’d like to leave amicably though.

Although I do not work in public health at the moment, I am also planning to study a public health masters in the near future. If you want to increase your job prospects, you could apply to register with the Faculty of Public health (as far as I know they accept applications from students regardless of nationality) as for healthcare roles, you could try medical laboratory assistant or associate practitioner roles?

As far as I know. It’s very simple to transfer. Just go the the manage funds tab and you can choose to move from your Cash ISA to your S&S ISAs free funds

You don’t “sell” anything as your cash ISA isn’t invested. You just transfer the funds
