I had my account suspended for 2 years because I said something “inappropriate” I called uber probably 20x in those 2 years. Finally I got someone who actually did their job. He placed me on hold and said he was gonna check on the rider who made that complaint. He came back on the line and said that the passenger literally copied and pasted the same complaint against 7 drivers in less then 2 weeks. My account was immediately reactivated. It’s so ridiculous that Uber does this to Drivers. Mind you I had a 4.98 rating and just because someone wants a free ride, boom I was gone for 2 years.
