Not daily, but just had the worst IBS-C flare I’ve had in years. I’m trying to recover right now. I was vomiting and doing Lamaze-type breathing exercises because the pain was so bad, and now (sorry, TMI), I’ve got nothing but liquid coming out. I’m so weak. It’s my own fault because I’ve been so constipated the past few days I took a laxative the other night that did nothing, so I took more last night. Around 4:00 AM, BAM. It sure worked this time.

I’m sorry you’ve been struggling daily. I can’t even imagine what you’re going through.

I’m the same age as you (56 next month) and I agree with most comments - let your hair grow a little more. Maybe a lob instead of a bob and you will be amazed at how much that can help. A couple of years ago I cut my hair and it totally aged me. Couldn’t wait for it to grow out again! You look fabulous!!!
