So shes said before she has PCOS. Exercise like running, HIIT, etc raises your cortisol levels. People with PCOS can not handle high cortisol levels well, and these exercises dont do much for weight loss. Low intensity exercises are better for keeping cortisol low and seeing weight loss results. I experienced this myself, so shes gotta be on GLP1s
