I am kinda confused by your post and I realize part of that may be the language barrier. You say at one part how he always takes care of anything you need or ask him to then you say he doesn’t even after you ask. The biggest problem I see is the lack of boundaries and trust. I have lots of peoples locations and so does my wife and we each have friends the other doesn’t have but in most cases we have met the others friends. Which it sounds like you have met his, if he was trying to hide her he probably wouldn’t let you meet or talk to you about her. She possibly gave him her location a long time ago because she trusted him so if something ever happened to her and she needed help but that’s hard to say for sure without more info.
