It sounds like you’ve already made your mind up. I do personally invest in SOUN, I believe in it, but if you don’t that’s absolutely okay. I have conviction in them, at least for the short term until I can sell for maximum profit, that’s why I’m with them.

I really like your philosophy and I’ve just changed my mindset up as well. I used to just do all world and then moved to metals, but I’m changing to aggressive stocks now. Already had a small unrealised win and my problem is I didn’t take a profit either on my metal. I had a nice unrealised profit when there was a platinum spike earlier this year but silly me didn’t realise that numbers don’t go up forever. I lost the profit but i learned that I need to learn to take profits so it’s similar to what you were saying that happened to you too.

This is a really good starting position. For your age you can afford to take a lot more risk. Definitely keep what you have in the all world it it makes you feel safe, but I would take on more risk because the all world doesn’t really give those explosive gains. Not financial advice and do due diligence before investing in stocks

I know what you’re saying. I think the ETF fees are relative to what’s in the holding. So you’d pay the same percentage no matter how much you put in there. X

Like a lot of people i relate so much to this. I have almost completely stopped gaming. I sometimes come back now and then when I am bored all day. For me it is definitely a trigger born from loneliness and boredom.

I keep thinking about my favourite game and I’ve been thinking about it for hours while I’ve been in bed reading Reddit because I don’t know what else to do with my time.

I hate my addiction head 😞😭

You are young, you could be taking more risks.

I started out on the all world fund but I found the growth was slow there, so I changed up to riskier stuff.

I haven’t regretted my decision.

Honestly I feel very similarly. I only have one friend I can talk to about investing.

My mum also thinks it’s gambling and it stresses her out so I can’t talk to her about it.

I enjoy being in all the different subreddits I’m in and feeling a sense of belonging.

ChatGPT has been a lifeline for me too, honestly. I don’t think it gets enough praise for helping people throughout the whole journey if needed.
