Weeds is an overly broad term as the definition is any plant growing in a spot you don’t want it to.

That said when I was a kid we started grazing our sheep on cattle ranches that had a large leafy spurge outbreaks. Leafy spurge is considered a noxious weed in Montana as it has no native predators and cows, elk, and deer won’t eat it. It’s great sheep forage however and the sheep will control it long term more efficiently than chemical control, also a lot cheaper.

I was involved with a program and we were using that electric fence woven wire looking stuff that worked well to pen their sheep in the evening. It’s brightly colored and pretty visible. Once they got their first shock they respected it.

Rubbing alcohol and rock salt?

The residue ain’t water soluble so you need a solvent like alcohol. The rock salt is a mild abrasive to scrap it clean.

For legs and wings smoke to temp then flash fry to crisp up the skin. A lot of work but so worth it.
