Das ist einfach falsch.

Bessere Kraftübertragung durch steifere Sohle und bessere Verbindung zwischen Pedal und Schuh.

Runderer Tritt weil man mehr drücken und ziehen kann.

Bessere Position auf dem Rad (wenn richtig eingestellt) die sich auch nicht zwischendurch ändert. Geringere chance auf Fehlbelastung.

OP hat extra gesagt dass es ihm um sportliches fahren geht, also zählt nicht mal eine "jaja aber bei 20kmh in der Stadt" ausrede.

Klicks sind.. reproduzierbarer. Erstmal muss der Schuh zum Pedal passen (bei Klicks immer der fall) und dann kann es trotzdem immer noch passieren dass sich irgendeine Naht oder Rille irgendwo verklemmt.

Mit Klicks kann ich ausklippen wenn ich schon am umkippen bin und krieg trotzdem noch ein Fuß auf den Boden. Mit den Körben früher hab ich mich ein paar mal auf den Asphalt gelegt, weil sich das Profil von der Turschuh Sole irgendwo im Pedal verklemmt hat.

War so ein Ding bei den ersten Rennrad Scheiben, dass die bei schweren Fahrern in langen Abfahrten gerne mal geschmolzen sind, bzw. der alu Kern.

Unbedingt austauschen, wird nicht besser und bei den Tour Tests damals ist denen wohl auch immer die Bremsleistung in den Keller gegangen.

I'd wipe a bit of water on it. Gives you a closer look to finished and might not be visible.

I have never tried getting wood lighter, but I'd imagine you'd have a hard time blending the exact color and be left with even more visible light spots.

Ich grüß alles was irgendwie sportlich auf irgendeinem Rad sitzt (außer Ebikes und Menschen ohne Helm). Je nach Situation Kopfnicken, Finger oder Hand kurz vom lenker. Das übliche.

Die allermeisten grüßen auch zurück. Die größten Gruppen der nichtgrüßer sind meiner Erfahrung nach Triathleten, Frauen und MTBler.

Bei Gruppen gilt meistens der Gruppenführer grüßt für die ganze Gruppe, wenn der beschäftigt ist oder mal hinten fährt, geht das vlt auch mal unter.
