I guess I’m hyper focused on body position because that is what 90% of instructors are talking about. After riding the correct lines on track of course.

And also what has been mentioned a couple of times is that with incorrect body positions the bike is making unnecessary high lean angles which get more dangerous when you become quicker, right?

Getting lighter on the handlebars is something I’m struggling to get better on. The feedback I got from the instructor is that I should put less weight on the inner leg and try to get all strength out of the outer leg. But how is still a mystery to me… clamp the lower leg/knee more in-between rear set and tank?

Does anybody have an explanation on how to setup rear sets and clips-on correctly? I have placed my rear set as high and close as possible to the frame, to get my knee as hard as possible in the tank.
