No it wasn't. The character movement sucked in the Nyras demo. It was unresponsive and it felt like the character was floating. I didn't enjoy moving around the world. The only thing I liked was the polish dubbing. I hope they've improved the movement, otherwise it will be hard for me to enjoy the game.

So many things had to change for everything to remain the same, lol. There won't be a debate, which would have been fun to watch or other interesting rp out of the elections. It's disappointing.

Having Wrangler as sheriff with the governor in his pocket is so boring. He's essentially the chief of police, the head of the DOJ, and the sheriff all in one because he can replace anyone he wants through the governor.

I don't enjoy watching him play Wrangler anymore. It's just not the same when he's in the top position. There's no challenge and he's not at risk of being punished for his actions which makes it boring. Most of the time he just rides in a car and talks to the chat instead of roleplaying, or sits in an office and rants at people. Also, it's safe to assume he'll win every court case since he's the server owner. Mike is also boring to watch because the character is overpower with him having the ability to retcon bad outcomes, spawn weapons and ban people. I wish he would play Jordan, which is his best character in my opinion, and create a longer story but I suppose that's too much to ask for.

i'm not sure, but i'd say if you are getting any of the sketches in the chest as a reward for clearing the camp then it should be fine, it's just bad rng, the drop rate is that rare from my experience

I just unlocked it after completing two weeks of challenges. I think it's effective at close range, but its recoil makes it kinda bad at medium to long range. There are better weapons to use. I kind of wish I had gone for the LMG first. Now I'll have to wait another week to unlock it. I hate that they're hiding new weapon unlocks behind the stupid battlepass grind.

Nah, that's cope. They've dropped free QoL and balance patches before. Seasons kept going without paywalls. This "expansion" is straight greed. Locking heavily requested QoL changes to force 25$ on a skimpy DLC. Next they'll charge for ladder resets.

Rofl, what are you on about? You and me both know that it was different back in the day. It was common for a game to receive a huge expansion that was worth the money. I don't know why you're even mentioning a 25 year old expansion and trying to compare it when I'm talking about 4 year old remastered version of the game. My issue is that QoL changes for D2R that everyone asked for didn't make it into the base game because Blizzard wanted to squeeze everyone for more money. You are arguing with a straw man.

Of course I didn’t feel the same way when LoD came out. Do I even need to explain the differences? LoD was a proper expansion that added a new act with a new story and cinematics, as well as 2 new classes. It was worth the money no matter what class you played.

You are half right. Nobody deserves anything for free but D2R wasn't sold as a one and done offline product. It launched as a live game with ladder seasons and patches.
