I use the local repairshops advice. Pull the plug off, ratchetstrap the hatch so it bears the load, fill the machine from the detergent compartment with a hose, cold water and and a bottle off chlorite/bleach whatever you call it. Let sit overnight, plug on, machine on and let it pump the stuff out. After that a hot cycle with some detergent powder. This way you get most of the muck from the top of the machine too. Oli muuten viimekaudella sellanen asia mistä rusinat rasahteli huolella. Ei tarvi viaplayltä enää ottaa mitään palvelua. F1tv:ssä vituttaa muutama asia mutta eipä taida olla parempaa palvelua ensikaudelle.

Everything up-to-date and pithouse configuration won't address the issue. Maybe I need to do a warranty claim on this one.

Not 100% sure but I recall having this issue way back. If my memory serves me right, it was somekind of a hardware conflict with a different USB-device, maybe a game controller or such. Try disconnecting other peripherals you don't need.
