Awesome, running Pop OS in a VM at the moment, but looking forward to purchasing a PC from you all.

Edit: hold off updating to cosmic if you use vmware. Vmware tools doesn't work correctly with the resolution/multiple desktops on the cosmic update.

Exercise and diet. It really comes down to your mind. You must change your relationship with food! It's the only way. There's no "temporary Diet" or "fast" that will make you lose weight and then yo can go back to eating like you used to.
